How can I pay for my order?
At Lane925 you may pay for your order using the following secure and convenient online payment methods which are free to the buyer;

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders shipped to US addresses are sent via the following shipping methods and all orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation. Higher priced items are also insured.
Shipping Methods/ Delivery Times:
First Class Mail (small, lightweight items under 13 oz): 2 to 7 business days
Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days
Parcel Post (large, heavy/oversize items): 2-10 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes- we will gladly send your order via Priority Mail International. Tracking and Insurance are included in the shipping cost. Please allow 6-10 days for your package to arrive to your country (additional time may be needed for your purchase to clear customs). Expediated shipping via Express Mail is also available. Please contact me if you need your item quickly. *Some items may not be shipped outside the US (nail polish, perfumes,etc) due to US postal regulations.
I live outside the US. How do I know what size to order?
For your convenience, all apparel has the measurements listed . If you need to convert a US shoe size to the corresponding shoe size in your country- just see our Terms page where we have provided you with a conversion chart to ensure you receive the perfect fit.
What postal method do you use?
Most shipment are sent via USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 2-3 business days within the US. International shipments are sent via USPS Priority International and arrive in 6-10 business days.
Will my item be brand new?
Nearly everything we sell at Lane925 is brand new. Most items still have their manufacturer tags attached. All toys are new and sealed. All movies and games are factory sealed. We do offer a small selection of pre-owned apparel that is listed as such. A small potion of our inventory was previously department store display items. However,all merchandise has been inspected to insure it is in mint condition.
