SHIPPING:
Lightweight or small items are sent via First Class Mail (2-7 business days). Most items are shipped via Priority Mail( 2-3 business days). Heavy shipments will be sent via UPS Ground. All packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation/Tracking. High value items are shipped with Signature Confirmation and Insurance. Customers will be sent a shipping confirmation email with tracking and delivery information. Express Shipping is available for a nominal fee. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping and we will be happy to accomodate you.
International orders are shipped via Priority Mail International. Delivery time is 6-10 business days depending on the destination. Delivery may take additional time due to the customs process for your individual country. Online tracking and insurance are included in the shipping cost for international orders. Express Mail International is available for an additional charge. Please contact us if you require expedited delivery.
International buyers are responsible for paying all import duty, tax, or fees which may be collected by your country when the parcel arrives. We declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration and are unable by law to check the "gift" box or under declare the value.

RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of items and the limited quantities of styles, all Lane925 sales are final. No exchanges or refunds available. If size is a concern, measurements for all clothing items are listed in the item description. For shoes, please consult my shoe sizing chart below.
